Bonnie Hererra

Bonnie graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance from Denver's Metropolitan State University. Her formal education in the field of finance provided her a solid base from which she has built a successful career as a Mortgage Loan Specialist. Prior to joining the Capital Access Mortgage team nearly eight years ago, Bonnie worked as a credit counselor at Consumer Credit Counseling for five years. So, even before she started to help people achieve their dream of homeownership she was helping them clean up their credit so that someday they would be able to own a home.

Beyond her expert knowledge and experience within the field of finance, Bonnie is someone who really knows her clients. She understands their needs because she is a great listener. Bonnie wastes no time asking the sometimes-tough questions that will help her match her clients with the most appropriate loan programs. This method facilitates incredibly efficient service. All borrowers and buyers are not the same-each individual or family will have their own set of unique circumstances and Bonnie likes to get to the heart of the matter right away. She is caring, honest and forthright. The reason she has remained in this business for so long is because she truly enjoys what she does and she is good at it. 

Bonnie stays on top of all of her loans, answering questions and promptly returning phone calls, and keeping buyers informed every step of the way. Bonnie is not only a pleasure to be around but an incredibly hard worker as well. In the mortgage business that is an ideal combination.

John Dawson

John has a background in construction and remodeling. In the mid 1970's, he worked on a tract home construction crew, installing the truss and roof systems on new houses. He then worked for a custom home-builder in Parker and eventually became the construction supervisor. Next, John started Dawco Construction - a remodeling company, where he remodeled homes for the next 13 years. John started doing Home Inspections in 1992. He attended a comprehensive educational workshop in New Jersey, and joined Home Systems Data, Inc. in 1995. John is a long standing member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI.
